Dear Distributors,  

we are not able to issue commission check for the sales that have been made before you have submitted your W-9 and became a distributor. For Example, when you fax  your process form in and do not have your W-9 attached you are considered a USER. After you turn in your W-9, we will not issue commission checks for sales that have been made before we had your W-9 at hand, NO EXCEPTIONS!!Thank you for your coorporation.
