The Enagic USA HQ location (4115 Spencer St, Torrance, CA) will be closed on Wednesday (12/24) and Thursday (12/25) for the winter holiday. Our office will be open for regular business (9am - 5pm PST) on both Friday (12/26) and Saturday (12/27).

*Now you can pay over the phone without any fees!
*No fee for changing payment method, change due date 1st⇔15th.
*For checking account users, we can receive checking information over the phone or by Fax (copy of voided check) at 310-214-3206
*Do you struggle to make your monthly payment? Need refinancing? We can help without paying a fee up front. Call for more details.
*Late fees, extensions, and skip payments require a fee of $20.00 effective Sep1st.
*Now we can accept credit card or checking account number over the phone not by e-mail.
Attention!
*Skipped payments are counted one at the time with a maximum of 3 times. You may not skip 3 payments in a row.
*For skipped payment, please do not call on or after the due date. Instead, please verify with us 3 business days prior.
*In regards to paying your monthly payment or paying off for someone else, we require verification from the applicant and need payment information from you by e-mail.
*Please check your monthly statement from your credit card company or bank to make sure we have debited your account monthly. Otherwise, please call us before your account becomes past due. Recently we have received many payment rejected (”Do not honor“) which means the reason for rejection is unknown. If you have any change to your credit card or checking account, please notify us immediately.
*Please update your credit card/debit card before it expires.
*If you feel you have been overcharged, first please send us the bank statement which properly shows the double charge then we will call you after investigating.
*Refund takes 3-5 business days for credit cards, 5-7 business days for checking accounts. We will send you a refund confirmation by e-mail.
*Please update your address, phone number or e-mail address as appropriate.
*If you leave message on our voicemail, please leave your name, phone number and ID number.
*If you make a payment by credit card at our office, a valid photo ID is required. Please ensure that you keep all receipts for payments.
*Please have your ID number ready when you call us.
*Please write your #ID number on your check, money order, and annotate within the memo what the payment is for.
*The bounced check fee for personal checks is $30.00 charged to your account.
*When mailing your payment, we have to receive it before the due date otherwise you will be charged on your next monthly automatic payment.
*If you have down line clients and want to know their payment status, please request this by e-mail with the full details including ID number.
*If you have a “Tokurei” account, and have questions about your account, please contact the Commission Department.
*If you have question about your commission, our department can only assist you to check your payment history and whether you have paid off or not. Otherwise please ask the Commissions Department if you have any request, please make your request directly to the Commissions Department.
